Documents you'll need
- Aadhaar card
- Passport-size photo & signature
- One of: marksheet, Voter ID, passport, or driving licence (same DOB as Aadhaar)

- Ration card with photo
- Photo ID card issued by central/state government
Proof of Address (any one)
- Aadhaar card
- Recent electricity, gas, or water bill (under 3 months old)
- Bank account or credit card statement
- Passport (self or spouse)
- Driving licence
Proof of Date of Birth (any one)
- Birth certificate
- Matriculation / 10th-standard pass certificate
- Aadhaar card
- Passport
- Driving licence
